Tractor-trailer driver indicted after March toll booth crash
The Associated Press
DOVER — A Massachusetts man has been indicted after a tractor-trailer he was driving hit another vehicle and smashed into a New Hampshire toll booth earlier this year.
Foster's Daily Democrat reports a Strafford County grand jury indicted 38-year-old Roland Joy of Malden on three reckless conduct charges and one assault charge.
The tractor-trailer hit another vehicle and destroyed the Dover toll booth on the southbound side of the Spaulding Turnpike in Dover on March 5. There was no worker inside the toll booth at the time. A report says Joy suffered minor injuries from the crash.
A phone number could not be found for Joy.
