Tom Brady and his attorneys will appeal the quarterback's four game suspension on Tuesday.
Brady has been accused of general awareness of then use of under-inflated footballs.
Ted Wells, author of a more than 200-page long report on the incident, will appear at the appeal.
Information about the results of the appeal will be available after, but not during the session.
