Tilton man arrested after reported domestic dispute where a shotgun was fired
TILTON - Police responding to a report of shots fired during a domestic dispute had to talk the suspect out of the home at 3 Winnisquam Shores Road on Monday night.
Police arrested Nicholas Godbout, 28, of 3 Winnisquam Shores Road, and charged him with reckless conduct, and falsifying physical evidence. Officers from Belmont, Northfield and Sanbornton were called to assist. The woman involved in the domestic dispute was not injured.
Godbout was arraigned on Tuesday in Franklin District Court. Godbout was previously arrested in August, one of 20 people charged in a drug sweep in Laconia.
