Three men under arrest in Laconia after police say they took a safe

LACONIA - Police have arrested three men accused of trying to walk away with a safe taken from a home on Cross Street.

Police say they received a report about an attempted burglary on Friday around 1:15 p.m., and a witness followed the three men while the police were contacted. Police were able to recover the safe after a brief search of the Water Street area.

Two of the men - Seth Laroche, 17, of Sanbornton and Frank Noe IV, 25, of Laconia - were taken into custody without incident and the third, Seth Noe, 18, of Laconia, was arrested with assistance from a police K9 named Titan. Seth Noe was taken to Lakes Region General Hospital to be treated for injuries sustained as part of that arrest.

All three men were charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and are scheduled to be arraigned on June 1 in the Fourth Circuit District Division in Laconia.
