The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease launches in NH


CONCORD - The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease is launching a chapter in New Hampshire, and organizers want politicians vying for the Oval Office to start talking about the problem.

Dr. Ken Thorpe, the executive director of the partnership, as well as Sen. Jeff Woodburn from the Council of Youths with Chronic Conditions and Heather Carroll from the Alzheimer's Association, joined Laura Montenegro on NH1 Community on 99.1 NH1 News Radio for a discussion about how the Partnership aims to reduce health insurance costs by doing more prevent illnesses.
