Teen charged with trespassing at old State Hospital in Concord, climbed fence with minor

CONCORD - A restricted area of the old State Hospital building had some unwelcome visitors on Monday after getting reports of two people climbing over the 10-foot gates.

Police said Jacob Silverstein, 18 of Concord, and a juvenile were found on the Governor Hugh Gallen State Office Complex trying go gain access to the building by trying to break through plywood covering a window.

Silverstein was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, and the juvenile was released to a parent.
