Manchester mayor Ted Gatsas took the oath of office for the fourth time this morning in a ceremony held at the historic Palace Theatre.
During his inaugural speech, the mayor spoke about continued economic development in the city, public safety and the war on heroin and opiates.
Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard administered the oath of office.
The members of the board of aldermen and board of school committee were also sworn in.
