SWAT raid ends in suspected NH drug dealer's arrest, recovery of heroin and cocaine


MANCHESTER — A SWAT raid acting on a search warrant led to an arrest along with the seizure of cocaine, heroin, and pills.

The warrant on Lake Avenue was from an investigation of reported drug activity at the address. Luis Ramos Torres, 25 of Manchester, was found inside a bedroom and taken into custody without incident.

Ramos Torres was charged with three accounts of sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), and two counts of sale of a controlled drug (heroin).

Investigators also found a loaded 9 mm handgun as well as 6.3 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of heroin, and three, 50 mg pills of Tramadol Hydrochloride.

Ramos Torres was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday and is being held on $25,000 cash bail.
