Suspended WMUR reporter facing 2nd indictment after alleged DUI, striking pedestrian

A WMUR reporter who was arrested for hitting a 79-year-old woman while allegedly driving drunk is facing another indictment.

Suspended WMUR reporter Audrey Cox, 53 of Lowell, Mass. was indicted for hitting Sandra Dary who was in the breakdown lane walking her dog in September 2015 in Hampton.

Cox initially pleaded "not guilty" to two counts of DUI and one count of reckless conduct.

Friday, a grand jury charged Cox with one count of aggravated driving under influence of liquor with serious bodily injury for the injuries to Dary. Dary suffered a spinal fracture from the accident.

Cox is scheduled to appear in court on March 25.
