Suspected NH heroin dealer on the run found passed out behind wheel of car

DOVER - N.H. State Police arrested the a former "Fugitive of the Week" on Monday after finding him passed out behind the wheel of a car on Baker Street in Dover.

Police responded to a call of a suspicious person passed out in a vehicle, and identified the unconscious man as Casey Jones, 39.

Jones was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for intent to distribute heroin, failure to appear on drug possession charges, and failure to appear on theft charges.

He was processed and held at the Strafford County Jail, pending his upcoming court appearances.
