Suspected heroin dealer at large, Portsmouth police say

PORTSMOUTH - Police are looking for a woman who is allegedly selling heroin on the Seacoast.

Amanda Burgess is believed to be in the Seacoast area, and police are asking anyone with information to call 911.

Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Burgess on Monday.

Burgess is described as 5'3'' and 100 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
