Suspect arrested after allegedly threatening Rochester clerk at knifepoint


ROCHESTER – Police tracked down the man they believe threatened an employee at the Monster Gas station at knife point.

According to police, James Brouillard, 52, demanded money from the employee at the Main Street gas station before getting in a car and driving off.

From witness descriptions, police were able to locate the vehicle parked across from Brouillard’s home and there was a blanket covering the license plate.

Brouillard was arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery and other misdemeanor charges.
