Study: Want to lose weight? Your bedtime could do you wonders


Could your bedtime be impacting your weight?

Yes according to one new study.

The research in the October issue of Sleep claims for each hour later a person goes to bed during a school or work week there was about a 2 point increase in the body mass index over a six year period.

Even people who get a full eight hours sleep saw weight gain.
