A new study released found drinking among underage teens has declined.
The report, released today by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, found drinking among teens ages 12 to 20 dropped 6 percent between 2002 and 2013.
However, the report also found that when teens ages 12 to 20 were asked about recently drinking alcohol, one in five said they had.
