COOS - The Stewartstown man accused of killing his 11-year-old stepdaughter, Celina Cass, is scheduled to appear at a competency hearing next month.
The hearing will be held on Aug. 11 in Colebrook.
Wendell Noyes is facing second-degree murder charges for the death of Celina Cass six years ago.
He was ruled incompetent in November 2015 when he was facing unrelated charges.
He remains held without bail in Coos County.
