DOVER - The Lee man who was shot by police after threatening officers in 2012 has plead guilty.
Stephen Amazeen could face 3-6 years in jail for the shootout.
Amazeen's wife called police to report her husband had fired a gun after she told him she wanted a divorce, police said.
Amazeen allegedly threatened his wife before police showed up on scene. He refused to put the gun down and was shot twice by Durham police.
