NH1 Political Director -

CONCORD - Donald Trump returns to New Hampshire right after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

NH1 News learned Wednesday that the front runner for the Republican presidential nomination will be back in the first-in-the-nation primary state on Tuesday of next week.

Trump was last in the Granite State on Nov. 11, when he headlined the largest ever edition of Politics and Eggs.

Trump won't be the first Republican presidential candidate in New Hampshire following the long holiday weekend. Sen. Marco Rubio Florida, who's second in latest polls among likely GOP primary voters in the Granite State, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, each campaign in the state on Monday.

Rubio holds an early afternoon town hall at the VFW in Laconia. Then he heads to the Seacoast to headline a "No BS Backyard BBQ" in Rye hosted by former Sen. Scott Brown.

Christie is also on the Seacoast Monday. He's the main attraction for the second time this year at a business round table luncheon hosted by prominent GOP activist Renee Plummer. Later he heads to Loudon to headline a town hall.

The Democratic presidential candidates aren't waiting for next week to return to New Hampshire. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will all be the Radisson Hotel in Manchester on Sunday to speak at the state party's JJ Dinner, which is the NHDP's largest fundraising event of the year.
