State police looking for suspect in armed robbery at White Mountain Hotel

HALES LOCATION - Police are looking for a suspect responsible for an armed robbery that happened at the White Mountain Hotel early Sunday morning.

Police said they responded to an emergency call for help from front desk employee at the hotel after a man allegedly waved a firearm and demanded money.

Police said the victim described the suspect as a black male, dressed in all dark clothing, wearing a hood, a camouflaged face mask and gloves.

Police said they believe there is a second suspect who was present at the time of the robbery, but no description is available.

Tthe suspect is considered to be armed and dangerous, and authorities are asking anyone with any information should call the N.H. State Police- Troop E barracks at (603) 223-8838.

The incident remains under investigation.
