SOMERSWORTH (AP) — A Somersworth man faces negligent homicide and drunken driving charges in a crash that killed a motorcyclist.
Police told Foster's Daily Democrat that 57-year-old David Berry was driving a pickup truck in Somersworth Monday evening when he collided with a motorcycle. Sixty-one-year-old Reed Hindle of Fremont later died at a hospital.
Berry was not injured in the crash. It was unclear Tuesday whether he has an attorney.
The crash remains under investigation.
