Sobriety checkpoint planned in Salem

SALEM - State police have announced plans for a sobriety checkpoint in Salem during the weekend of Aug. 28.

State troopers and Salem police will be working together on the checkpoint, which is authorized by the Rockingham County Superior Court and will be conducted under guidelines set by the N.H. Attorney General’s Office.
