Services announced for popular Seacoast drummer who died after Rochester bar brawl

ROCHESTER - There will be a celebration of life memorial held for Rochester drummer James Unfonak who died after getting assaulted in the parking lot of Gary's Sports Bar last month.

The ceremony will be held Friday from 6-11 p.m. at the American Legion in Rochester.

Eric Langlais, 41 of Barnstead, was charged with manslaughter after allegedly punching Unfonak in the head, leading to his death.

Forrest Rollins, 42 of Rochester, Mandy Patch, 37 of Rochester, and Laurie Henner, 41 of Farmington, also face charges in Unfonak's death.

In lieu of flowers or donations the family is asking that people "pay it forward" with random acts of kindness in Jim's memory.
