Security guard held at knifepoint outside Manchester manufacturing company
MANCHESTER – A security guard outside of Osram-Sylvania was held at knifepoint by a man police say made off with cash from the business.
Manchester police said the security guard was standing outside when a white man between 5-foot-9 and 6-feet tall with short black hair and a think build approached him.
The man held a knife to the security guard’s stomach and demanded to be let into the manufacturing facility, Osram-Sylvania.
The suspect is also described as having light facial hair and acne.
The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. Monday night on South Willow Street.
