Second man arrested in connection with Nashua bike path killing

NASHUA - The N.H. Attorney General's office and the Nashua police say they have arrested another man in connection with the March murder of Benjamin Marcum.

Stephan Peno, 20 of Nashua, was arrested Monday night in Manchester and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and falsifying physical evidence.

Jonathan Goff was charged in March with second-degree murder in connection with Marcum's death.

Peno was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning at 9th Circuit District Court in Nashua.

The Nashua Police Department's investigation into Marcum's death is ongoing.
