Search parties will be formed on Saturday for missing Somersworth woman

SOMERSWORTH — The sister of the woman who has been missing for about a week is still as concerned as ever.

Volunteers will be searching for Denise Bean on Saturday and would appreciate any help from the public, Foster's reported.

Daye Boulanger is looking for help as a team conducts two different searches on Saturday. One at 9:30 a.m. and another at 3 p.m.

Denise Bean, 65, lives at 19 Winslow Drive in Somersworth and the search team plans to look in that area.

Bean has a medical condition, and Boulanger thinks she is off her medication.

Bean works at Janetos Supermarket in Dover and the store owner, who is also the Dover Mayor, Karen Weston, is helping to recruit volunteers from the market and community for the search.

She left with little — no phone, money or identification.

Daye says her sister is about 5-feet tall, 130 pounds and may seem non-responsive.

Bean doesn't have a car so she may just walking around.

Volunteers who want help search can go to 19 Winslow Drive on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. and anyone with information should call Somersworth police at 692-3131.
