Seabrook woman expected to plead guilty in 2013 death of 2 women

BRENTWOOD - An unlicensed driver who authorities say drove into a group of bicyclists in 2013, killing two of them, is set to plead guilty to manslaughter and assault charges today.

Investigators say Darriean Hess was high and speeding when she hit the cyclists in Hampton, killing Pamela Wells and Elise Bouchard.
