Salem police offering reward after vandals strike Norwood Road homes for second time

SALEM — A repeat problem with vandals spray painting homes on Norwood Road led police to offer a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of those involved.

For the second time in six months, residents of Norwood Road awoke to find spray paint on their homes, cars and other items, according to the Eagle Tribune.

The graffiti included phallic drawings and the words "we're back." At least 25 homes were targeting, according to police, and it appears the damage was done sometime before 2 a.m. on Monday.

A similar attack in the same neighborhood happened in August.
