ROCHESTER — A Rochester woman who allegedly sold drugs to a 23-year-old man who overdosed was held on no bail after her arraignment Monday in Dover.
Nina Batista was out on bail for selling heroin and conspiring to sell drugs at the time of Zackariah Glidden's death on Sept. 15. He was discovered by his stepfather after overdosing on fentanyl.
According to court records, Batista admitted to selling Glidden heroin and cocaine.
