Rochester woman arrested after police say they saw her dealing drugs in a parking lot


ROCHESTER - A local woman was charged with dealing drugs after officers conducting surveillance say they observed her conducting what appeared to be hand-to-hand drug transactions in the parking lot of a local business.

Recognizing the woman from previous contact, they found she was driving with a suspended license and had an officer pull her over on a traffic stop.

Becky Henshaw, 38, of 117 Wakefield St. and charged her with possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug, driving under the influence, driving after suspension.

Henshaw was held on $10,000 cash bail and arraigned on Friday.
