ROCHESTER - An unconscious driver in Rochester allegedly backed up her car and hit the car behind her, all while passed out behind the wheel.

Police say they responded to a report of a driver passed out behind the wheel in the area of South Main Street and Portland Street and found Felicia Orchard, 23, unconscious in her 2005 Ford Explorer.

Police say she showed no signs of injury and was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and regained consciousness. No damage was reported to either her car or the vehicle she backed into.

Orchard, of 17 Norway Plains Road, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of heroin.

Orchard's bail was set at $2,500 cash or surety and she is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday at 11 a.m. at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
