Rochester police make final expected arrest related to death of Seacoast drummer


ROCHESTER - Police have made their last expected arrest stemming from the incident at Gary’s Sports Bar that led to the death of a popular Seacoast drummer.

James Unfonak, 44, died after a fight outside the sports bar on Jan. 31.

Police charged Forrest Rollins, 42 of Rochester, with misdemeanor simple assault for an altercation that happened inside the bar.

Rollins turned himself in to police on Friday.

He was released on $10,000 bail and is expected in court on March 21.
