Rochester police arrest one in connection with Shell station robbery

ROCHESTER - Rochester police have arrested an East Wakefield man and charged him with the robbery of the Shell gas station on Milton Road.

Police received a report late Sunday morning of the robbery. The clerk reported that a masked man entered the store and demanded money. No weapon was shown. The clerk turned over some money and the suspect fled the scene.

A perimeter was set up and Officer Mackenzie and his K9 Daisy Mae started the track. The track lead to 14 Gina Drive, a short distance from the store.

Police arrested, Jesse Hermonat, 19, of 319 Beverly Hills Drive, East Wakefield. He was charged with one count of robbery. Hermonat refused bail and was held at Strafford County Jail.

The Rochester police expect to make one more arrest in this robbery.
