Rochester police arrest 4 after responding to overdose
ROCHESTER - At approximately 7:22 p.m. on Saturday, Rochester Police responded to a report of a 24-year-old woman overdosing on heroin.
Police found drugs and paraphenalia in plain sight which led them to conduct a warranted search that resulted in the arrest of Andrew Maniscalco, Patricia Maniscalco, Audra Maniscalco and Kent Coffin.
Andrew Maniscalco is facing five counts of Possession of a Controlled Narcotic, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute, and one count of a felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, all of which are felonies. He was held on $10,000 cash bail and is set to be arraigned on Monday Jan. 26 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rochester District Court.
Patricia Maniscalco was charged with two counts of felonious Possession of a Controlled Narcotic and Audra Maniscalco was charged with one felonious count of the same.
Kent Coffin faced one count of misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Narcotic.
All three were released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear in court on March 16 in Rochester.
