Rochester police arrest 2 accused of selling heroin

ROCHESTER - Police arrested two people on Friday night in connection with a drug investigation, charging them with selling heroin.

Kyle Leavy, 29, and Heather Smith, 31, were arrested after police executed a search warrant at the apartment at 173 North Main Street. The pair were both charged with possession with intent to distribute. Leavy also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Leavy was held on $5,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in the Rochester District Court.

Smith was released on $3,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 8 also in the Rochester District Court.
