Rochester motel neighbor accuses man of killing teenager with drugs, prostituting mother

ROCHESTER - Three days after Eve Tarmey was found dead in a Rochester motel room where her mother and mother's boyfriend lived, a chaotic scene unfolded outside.

Tim Sullivan, a resident, stood outside the Riviera motel and accused his neighbor of being responsible for Eve's death.

"You did this," said Sullivan to the other man. "She's dead because of you."

Sullivan claims the man made Tarmey's mother prostitute and did drugs around the teenage girl.

"He made her mother prostitute and he did drugs, he's a drug dealer," said Sullivan. He went on to accuse the man of selling drugs to his daughter and said his family told police about it and nothing was done.

Police said they could not answer any questions about Sullivan's claim and can't comment on an ongoing investigation.

UPDATE: Teenage girl found dead in Rochester motel was a Spaulding High School student

"We're not bringing any charges until the investigation is over with," said Capt. Paul Toussaint. "At this point we don't even know the cause of death."

Right now the police await the toxicology report but because of back log, could be waiting weeks for the results.

Eve Tarmey's wake will be this Friday in Rochester.
