ROCHESTER - An Academy Street man was arrested and charged with possession of a heroin and marijuana, falsifying physical evidence, and contempt Thursday.
Officers were executing a search warrant at the apartment as part of a drug investigation when they arrested Matthew Wilson, 22. Also arrested was Jody Wilson, 46, who also lives in the apartment and she was charged with obstructing government administration. Matthew Wilson was held on $10,000 cash bail and Jody Wilson was released on personal recognizance.
