Rochester man accused of sexually assaulting 14-year-old indicted on 4 charges

DOVER - A Rochester man was indicted on four felony counts of sexual assault and now faces up to 44 years on prison.

Michael Burke, 19, was accused by a grand jury of committing a pattern of sexual assault against a 14-year-old.

He faces a Class A felony charge for possessing child abuse images, and a Class B felony count of felonious sexual assault.

While the indictment does not mean guilt, it means the jury has found reason enough to move forward to trial.
