Review of Lisbon skateboarder's death involving former NH trooper nearly done

HAVERHILL — State police are wrapping up an investigation into a fatal skateboard accident involving the commander of State Police Troop F at the time, police said.

The Union-Leader reported the Grafton County Attorney issued a statement, saying the file on the investigation has been forwarded to the Sullivan County Attorney's office and it will be "ready shortly for release."

Commander Todd Landry was off-duty July 8, 2015 when his 2015 GMC pickup truck collided with skateboarder Emily S. Clogston, 18, at about 8:30 p.m in Lisbon. Clogston died July 12 from her injuries.

Landry served as commander of Troop F until his August 2015 retirement.
