Resident, dogs safely evacuated in 2-alarm Dover fire

DOVER - A 2-alarm fire that broke out overnight Wednesday sent one woman to the hospital.

Dover fire crews and ambulances responded to 29 New York Street around 3 a.m.

Fire officials said the fire started from an oven and luckily the resident and her pets were able to evacuate.

The woman was taken to an area hospital and later released.
