Release of video of police-involved shooting in Bath to be delayed

The Attorney General Joseph Foster announced that body camera footage of a man who was shot dead by police in Bath will not be released, even though the video was scheduled to be made available Monday.

The video, which shows Hagen Esty-Lennon, 42, being shot will be withheld due to an emergency petition filed in the Merrimack County Superior Court that asked for the delay of release.

The court will delay release while they address the issue of the request for injunction.
