Registered Belmont sex offender arrested for failing to comply with conviction requirements

BELMONT - A registered sex offender was arrested for violating requirements of his conviction.

Arthur Liesner, 30, is accused of leaving his residence some time ago and not notifying authorities.

According to the Union Leader, Liesner was charged with criminal offenses related to sex offender laws and failing to notify authorities of online accounts and social media activities.

In total, Liesner is facing four counts of registration of online identifiers, one count of duty to report and one count of change of registration information.

He is being held at the Belknap County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.
