Red Cross now assisting 2 NH residents displaced after house fire
NASHUA — Two New Hampshire residents have been displaced after their single family ranch caught fire on Saturday.
According to Nashua Fire and Rescue, residents of 5 Friar Truck Lane reported smoke coming from the left side of their home.
Firefighters report seeing heavy smoke upon arrival and called for additional trucks to come to the scene.
Crews completed a primary search of the building and confirmed that all residents had made it out safely.
Three fire Engines and two Ladder trucks helped to extinguish the blaze, using multiple hose lines and ventilation methods.
The home suffered extensive fire damage in three rooms, firefighters also found smoke and water damage throughout the home.
The home is uninhabitable and at least two occupants were displaced.
