Recycled Percussion founder to help NH kids in need with back-to-school shopping, ice cream
Recycled Percussion founder Justin Spencer will be kicking off his upcoming New Hampshire tour (the band's biggest one yet) with a little help for kids who are going back to school.
Spencer announced on the band's Facebook page that he will be taking 30 kids on a back-to-school shopping trip, followed by a stop for ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery on 102 March Ave. in Manchester.
"Anyone and everyone in New Hampshire" is invited to join the band at 4:30 p.m. Saturday for the ice cream trip.
The back-to-school shopping trip began as an effort to help just a few needy kids, but as Spencer received around 200 stories that "would break your heart," he asked the public for donations, and the project grew.
