RECALL: Osprey recalls 31,000 child backpack carriers with unsafe buckle straps

Osprey has recalled around 31,000 child backpack carriers over a fall hazard.

A cut in the plastic buckle on the shoulder strap can cause it to release, posing a fall hazard to a child in the carrier.

No injuries have been reported as of yet. Consumers should check the backpack to see if the buckle is damaged and call Osprey for a refund if it is.
