Prosecutor in Barnaby case wants testimony prohibited

NH1.com

A prosecutor in the 1988 double murder case of Anthony Barnaby is asking the judge to prohibit testimony presented at his earlier trials a quarter century ago.

The attorney general's office argued Barnaby's testimony from his first three trials is inadmissible hearsay evidence.

The filing came after his attorney received new documents with information that was never disclosed to the defense.

Barnaby and another man, David Caplin, are each facing charges in the brutal deaths of two women.
