DERRY — All charges have been dropped against a Massachusetts man who was arrested after police said he drove to New Hampshire to meet what he thought was a 13-year-old boy, but instead was met by officers.
Robert Brown, 64, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, had all of his charges "nol prossed" or dismissed, after the prosecution decided not to move forward with the case.
Court officials said Brown's case had been closed as of Thursday morning.
Police said Brown had initially planned on meeting what he believed to be a 13-year-old boy on Aug. 15, but he was instead met by police and arrested.
