Proposed bill would legalize OTC oral contraceptives


CONCORD - A bill would make oral contraceptives available over-the-counter if passed, something that is not legal right now.

Sen. Andy Sanborn of Bedford sponsored the bill and provides a brief explanation in the video above.

A planned parenthood representative says it would be a "step back" because right now, birth control is available to those under 18, but this bill would exclude minors.
