Power Poll: Bedford moves up to No. 2


1. Pinkerton (4-0)
Remained in the top spot after knocking off rival Londonderry.

2. Bedford (4-0)
Bulldogs moved up a spot to No. 2; Bedford will play a big one Saturday night at Exeter.

3. Concord (4-0)
Survived another close call, this time against Central.

4. Salem (3-1)
Had its hands full with Timberlane. Salem-Londonderry matchup might as well be a playoff game.

5. Londonderry (3-1)
As the Lancers found out, you can't make a bunch of mistakes and expect to beat Pinkerton.

6. Windham (4-0)
The Jaguars are the highest-ranked team outside of Division I.

7. Exeter (3-1)
Defense has carried the Blue Hawks, who haven't scored more than 17 points in a game this season.

8. Portsmouth (3-1)
The Clippers are proving that enrollment doesn't mean everything.

9. St. Thomas (4-0)
Saints have allowed 28 points in their four games.

10. Kennett (4-0)
Moved into the poll after a convincing win against Pembroke.

Also receiving votes: Nashua South, 2-2 (3), Alvirne, 3-1 (2), Bow, 3-0 (2), Goffstown (1).
