Portsmouth woman indicted after prosecution says she gave phony pay stubs to get out on bail
PORTSMOUTH - A woman already in prison is facing new charges that she used fake pay stubs to get released on bail.
Danielle Rollins, 36, was indicted on two counts of falsifying evidence.
She is already serving prison time for stealing more than $108,800 from her boss.
Prosecuters said she submitted the pay stubs during a May 28 bail hearing.
Officials also say she submitted a fictional letter hoping it would influence a judge at her sentencing hearing on Dec. 14.
