Portsmouth police looking for woman suspect in Anchorage Inn Hotel robbery

PORTSMOUTH - Police are looking for a woman responsible for a robbery that happened at the Anchorage Inn Hotel Sunday morning.

Police responded to the hotel at 417 Woodbury Ave., and were told that the woman entered the business and passed a note to the front desk clerk demanding money. After getting the money she then left in what is believed to have been a dark blue 2-door Jeep Wrangler with a black hard top and alloy wheels.

She was described as white, 5'7'', a thin build and was wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt, a black baseball hat, blue colored jeans and dark colored sneakers.
