Portsmouth police investigating woman's 'untimely death'

PORTSMOUTH — New Hampshire police say they are investigating what they describe as the "untimely death" of a 46-year-old woman in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth police say they responded to a Portwalk Place residence and found Laurel Wightman dead.

Portsmouth police and the state medical examiner's office are investigating the cause of death.

Police are asking that anyone with information contact Det. Rebecca Hester at 603-610-7649.
